We are looking for a few athletic and energetic men and women to make up our Maverick Team. If you like to be involved and you like attention, this is the position for you. The Mascot is a very important part of school spirit and public relations at the college level. The Maverick is the most recognized ambassador for Mesa State College and we are looking to take this image to the next level. As a part of the spirit team, under athletics, you will perform at all home events and travel with the team for away events. you will attend camp in Las Vegas this summer for training and you will compete in Daytona, Florida against other college mascots, for a national title. We saved the best for last, if you are eligible for work study, you will be paid to have the time of your life.
